匹维溴铵联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析匹维溴铵联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。 方法 选择2014年1～9月本院门诊IBS患者80例，分为2组，60例为观察组，20例为对照组。观察组给予匹维溴铵和复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗，对照组给予匹维溴铵治疗。治疗周期为30 d，治疗后评估两组的临床疗效。 结果 观察组总有效率(96.7%)高于治疗组(80.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 匹维溴铵联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗IBS，疗效显著且安全可靠。
