厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死的效果观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死的效果。 方法 选取2010年9月～2014年1月本院收治的急性心肌梗死的患者116例，将其随机分为实验组、对照组，每组58例。对照组患者采用厄贝沙坦治疗，实验组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死，效果显著，不良反应少，具有临床推广价值。
