口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片与宫内放置节育器预防术后子宫内膜息肉复发的效果比较(1)

     [摘要] 目的 比较宫腔镜电切术后口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片与宫内放置节育器预防子宫内膜息肉复发的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2010年8月～2013年6月的113例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为宫腔镜电切术后口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片组(57例)和宫内放置节育器组(56例)。比较两组的术前、术后子宫内膜厚度及息肉复发率。 结果 宫内放置节育器组术后半年、1年和1.5年的子宫内膜厚度显著薄于术前及醋酸甲羟孕酮片组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫内放置节育器组的复发率显著低于口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后宫内放置节育器可有效预防子宫内膜息肉复发。
