[摘要] 目的 探讨改进西咪替丁胶囊溶出度的测定方法。 方法 采用HPLC法测定西咪替丁胶囊的溶出度，同时将改进方法的测定结果与《中国药典》的方法进行比较。 结果 在0.02～0.2 mg/ml浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)，回收率为99.82%，RSD为0.33%(n=6)。 结论 改进后的方法准确、精密、科学，且专属性强。
