[摘要] 目的 探讨螺旋CT低剂量扫描在健康体检中的应用价值。 方法 将2015年1～12月在我院接受健康体检的3356例体检者按照随机数字表法分为低剂量组(1678例)和常规剂量组(1678例)，对比两组的疾病检出率、辐射剂量和图像质量。 结果 常规剂量组共检出疾病479例，检出率为28.54%，低剂量组共检出疾病478例，检出率为28.49%，两组的疾病检查率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组的图片质量均达到诊断要求，质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；低剂量组的CTDIvol、DLP均明显低于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。 结论 低剂量CT扫描既能满足诊断要求，又可减少辐射照射剂量，避免不必要的损害。
