[摘要] 目的 探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)并发恶性实体瘤患者的特点。 方法 回顾性分析2001年9月～2015年9月在我科随访的RA伴发恶性实体瘤患者6例，并复习文献探讨RA并发肿瘤的风险。 结果 6例RA伴发恶性实体瘤均为老年人，消化系统恶性肿瘤占4例，大部分发生在RA诊断后，1例肿瘤发生在RA诊断前。 结论 文献中的结论与已有研究存在差异，需要进一步的大样本研究。
