[摘要] (miRNA)属于非编码的单链小RNA的一种，其在细胞分化、增殖及凋亡过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究为了解miRNA在食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等消化系统肿瘤研究中的应用情况，收集了近年来国内外有关miRNA与消化系统肿瘤关系的文献并进行综述。
