[摘要] 目的 观察依匹斯汀联合卡介菌多糖治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。 方法 我院皮肤科门诊2013年3月～2014年3月收集82例慢性荨麻疹患者，将其随机分为两组。治疗组42例，予以依匹斯汀胶囊口服联合卡介菌多糖肌注，疗程8周；对照组40例，予依匹斯汀口服，疗程8周。在治疗第2周、第8周评价两种方法的临床疗效。 结果 治疗第2周治疗组总有效率为47.6%，对照组为45.0%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第8周时，治疗组总有效率为88.1%，对照组总有效率为62.5%，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 依匹斯汀口服联合卡介菌多糖肌注治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好的临床治疗效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of epinastine combined with bcg-polysaccharide in treating chronic urticaria. Methods 82 patients with chronic urticaria from March 2013 to March 2014 of dermatology clinic in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in treatment group were given oral administration epinastine capsule combined with intramuscular administration bcg-polysaccharide for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.40 cases in control group were given oral administration epinastine for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical effect of two methods were evaluated at 2 and 8 weeks after treatment.
