[摘要] 目的 分析超声在睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选择我院2011年5月～2015年5月收治的120例睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变疑似患者，对其进行超声检查，以病理诊断作为金标准，比较超声诊断及CT诊断结果。 结果 120例睾丸肿瘤疑似患者经超声诊断，其诊断准确率为97.50%，显著高于经CT诊断的诊断准确率(75.00%)(P<0.05)；精原细胞瘤、非精原细胞瘤、非生殖细胞瘤、肿瘤样病变符合率分别为100.00%、100.00%、80.00%、100.00%，且超声图像特征明显。 结论 超声在睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的诊断及鉴别中具有很高的价值。
