[摘要] 目的 探讨静脉用蔗糖铁联合促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血的效果。 方法 选取本院2014年4月～2015年4月收治的60例行血液透析治疗的肾性贫血患者作为研究对象，采用静脉用蔗糖铁联合EPO皮下注射治疗12周，比较治疗前后的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、网织红细胞(Ret)计数、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平。 结果 治疗12周后的Hb、Hct、Ret及SF水平显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。60例患者中，显效40例，有效18例，无效2例，无严重不良反应发生。 结论 静脉用蔗糖铁联合EPO可有效纠正血液透析患者的肾性贫血。
