[摘要] 目的 探讨肾衰合并心血管病血液透析治疗的临床护理。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年6月我院收治的肾衰合并心血管疾病患者110例作为研究对象，将其分成对照组与研究组，对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予整体护理。 结果 研究组患者的SAS评分与SDS评分改善情况显著优于对照组与护理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组生活质量各指标均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 于肾衰合并心血管病血液透析治疗期间实施针对性护理措施，能够有效改善患者血液透析期间的不良情绪，提高生活质量，具有显著的护理效果，值得临床上大力推广应用。
