[摘要] 随着介入技术的发展，对比剂在临床上被广泛应用，对比剂肾病(CIN)的发生率呈现上升趋势。早期检测到应用对比剂后肾小管功能的改变对预防及治疗CIN具有重要意义。近年来，许多敏感性好、特异性高的肾小管损伤标志物已在实验研究和临床观察中得到了验证。现就近年来关于CIN早期诊断肾小管功能损伤的生物标志物的研究进展进行综述。
