[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗胃间质瘤的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2014年3月～2016年1月本院收治的15例实施腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗的胃间质瘤患者作为双镜联合组，选取同期实施开腹手术的15例胃间质瘤患者作为开腹组。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复进食时间、下床活动时间、拔除胃管时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生率。 结果 双镜联合组的术中出血量显著少于开腹组，拔除胃管时间、恢复进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著短于开腹组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双镜联合组的术后并发症发生率为6.66%，显著低于开腹组的40.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗胃间质瘤效果确切，能够减少手术创伤和并发症，加速术后康复，缩短患者住院时间，值得临床推广应用。
