[摘要] 目的 探讨孕妇先兆流产影响因素与妊娠结局的关系。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院门诊诊治的先兆流产孕妇80例，将其按妊娠结局的不同进行分组，研究组为妊娠结局良好的孕妇，对照组为出现不良妊娠结局的孕妇，对其临床资料进行调查分析。 结果 研究组在嗜酒、吸毒、高龄妊娠、宫内大血肿、从事重污染职业、孕早期阴道流血和阴道大量流血方面与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 先兆流产孕妇在妊娠期间受嗜酒、吸毒、高龄妊娠、宫内大血肿、从事重污染职业、孕早期阴道流血和阴道大量流血等因素的影响，需在早期检查后强化保胎措施，尽可能避免上述危险因素的干扰，以维护胎儿及新生儿健康，改善母婴结局。
