[摘要] 目的 探讨铸瓷嵌体后牙修复体实用性的远期效果。 方法 将我院2011年2月～2013年2月接诊的56例(63颗患牙)后牙缺损患者进行研究，根据病情程度分为2组，其中轻度组30例(33颗患牙)，重度组26例(30颗患牙)。两组患者均采取铸瓷嵌体修复治疗，并观察及随访2年，观察记录患者的修复体外形满意率、边缘着色满意率、密合满意率、继发龋率及观察2年时成功率与存活率，并进行比较。 结果 两组修复体外形满意率、边缘着色满意率、密合满意率、继发龋率及观察2年时成功率与存活率基本一致，组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 铸瓷嵌体后牙修复体应用在后牙缺损修复中，远期效果良好，安全性高，值得借鉴。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the long-term effect of dental prosthesis practicability after eramic inlays.
