[摘要] 目的 探讨药物保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床护理方法及效果。 方法 选取2014年12月～2015年12月我院收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行药物保留灌肠治疗，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。给予对照组患者常规护理，给予观察组患者护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。 结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.3%，明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为3.3%，明显低于对照组的23.3%(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 护理干预能有效提高患者治疗效果，降低不良反应发生率，提高患者满意度，可在溃疡性结肠炎患者药物保留灌肠治疗中推广应用。
