[摘要]目的 研究工业型社区推行家庭医生责任制服务模式的影响。方法 对2014年4月～2015年4月深圳市阳光工业区居民进行家庭医生责任制服务模式的改革。统计分析居民疾病管理率及居民满意度，并与2014年4月以前上述情况进行比较。结果 工业型社区家庭医生责任制服务模式施行前居民满意度为81.0%，低于施行后的94.0%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.73，P<0.01)。工业型社区家庭医生责任制服务模式施行前，糖尿病管理率为52.0%、高血压管理率为62.0%，低于施行后的98.0%、94.0%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=56.43、29.84，P<0.01)。结论 工业型社区家庭医生责任制服务模式较传统社区医疗模式更能提高居民对医疗的满意度，有效提高社区内居民疾病的控制率，值得推广应用。
