腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的临床效果观察(1)

     [摘要]目的 介绍腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的临床经验。方法 选取2014年9月～2016年2月于我院行腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的32例患者作为腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石组，选择2010年1月～2014年8月30例类似病例在我院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者为腹腔镜胆囊切除组，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等情况。结果 腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石组手术时间、术中出血量与腹腔镜胆囊切除组相当(P>0.05)；腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石组术后并发症(缺胆阴影、消化不良)发生率低于腹腔镜胆囊切除组(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜联合肾镜保胆取石与腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术时间、出血量相当，术后并发症少，消除缺胆阴影，在严格掌握手术指征的前提下保胆取石疗效可靠、创伤小、并发症少，值得在临床推广。
