星状神经节阻滞治疗紧张性头痛的效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨星状神经节阻滞治疗紧张性头痛的临床效果。方法 选取2014年2月～2015年3月我院收治的紧张性头痛患者52例为研究对象，采用星状神经阻滞治疗4周，治疗后对患者随访3个月，比较治疗前后患者头痛发作次数、疼痛评分、持续时间及疗效。结果 治疗后患者疼痛发作次数、疼痛评分及持续时间均少于治疗前[(2.3±0.5)次/d vs(8.8±2.1)次/d，(2.1±0.4)分vs(5.2±2.0)分，(3.2±0.8)min vs(12.1±3.2)min，P<0.01]。治疗后患者症状优良率高于治疗前(90.38% vs 17.31%，P<0.01)。结论 星状神经节阻滞治疗紧张性头痛可显著改善患者症状，具有显著的临床疗效。
