围术期综合护理干预在严重眼外伤患者中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨围术期综合护理干预在严重眼外伤患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2013年2月～2015年9月收治的110例严重眼外伤手术患者，随机分为观察组(n=55)与对照组(n=55)，对照组给予围术期常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予围术期综合护理干预，对比两组患者生干预前后自我接纳调查问卷(SAQ)评分、负性自动思维调查问卷(ATQ)评分。结果 干预前两组ATQ、SA、SE评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后两组ATQ评分降低、SA、SE评分增高，且干预后观察组ATQ低于对照组(P<0.05)，SA和SE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预可有效降低严重眼外伤患者负性思维，改善患者的心理状态，提高生活质量。
