个性化视听分散干预对术前等候区患者焦虑及生命体征影响的研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨个性化视听分散干预对术前等候区患者焦虑及生命体征影响的研究价值。方法 选取2015年2月～2016年2月我院术前等候区患者200例临床资料进行分析，依据是否实施个性化视听分散干预将其分为对照组(100例)与观察组(100例)，其中对照组入术前等候区后保持舒适体位于车床上等候，护士做好常规心理辅导后不给予视听材料欣赏，观察组在对照组的基础上给予个性化视听材料欣赏。比较两组患者在术前等候区焦虑程度，生命体征有无差异性，并进行统计学分析。结果 实施个性化视听分散干预后观察组焦虑情绪程度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后观察组患者血压、心率值均低于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在术前等候区对患者实施个性化视听分散干预，能够减轻患者紧张、焦虑情绪，稳定患者血压、心率等，有利于麻醉和手术的顺利进行，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of individualized audio-visual intervention on anxiety and vital signs of patients in the waiting area.Methods Clinical data of 200 patients who were in the waiting area of our hospital pre-operatively between February 2015 and February 2016 were analyzed and divided into control group (100 cases) and observation group (100 cases) based on whether the individualized audiovisual distraction intervention was implemented.Patients in control group who were in the preoperative waiting area were maintained in a comfortable position waiting on the lathe and no audiovisual materials were given after routine psychological counseling done by nurses；individualized audiovisual materials were given to observation group on the basis of control group.The difference of two groups in the degree of anxiety and vital signs in the preoperative waiting area were compared and analyzed statistically.Results After implementation of individualized audiovisual distraction intervention，the degree of anxiety in observation group was lower than that of control group，with statistical significance difference (P<0.05).The post-intervention heart rate and blood pressure in observation group were lower than those before intervention，with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of individualized audiovisual distraction intervention for patients in the preoperative waiting area shows great advantages in reduction of patients stress and anxiety，as well as stabilization of blood pressure and heart rate，which is conducive to the smooth progress of anesthesia and surgery and deserves wider clinical application.
