基于岗位胜任力为导向的预防医学专业公共卫生实践教学模式的研究(1)
[摘要]公共卫生实践教学是五年制预防医学本科教学的重要组成部分。目前国内主要沿袭前苏联教学模式,以教师为中心,学生实践操作能力及现场处理公共卫生问题能力不强。近几年来,笔者根据预防医学本科生的人才定位、培养目标和社会发展需求,对本校五年制预防医学专业的公共卫生实践教学进行了改革与探索,以岗位胜任力为导向,注重公共卫生实践操作技能与公共卫生执业医师岗位职业要求的衔接,开展网络式PBL教学模式、情景式角色体验和开放式实践教学方法改革,开发“实验教学-课外科研-社会实践”三位一体的实践项目,加强学生综合操作能力、思维水平和创新能力的提升,取得了良好的社会效果。
