脑卒中恢复期康复科专用临床护理路径的应用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨康复科脑卒中恢复期临床护理路径的应用价值。方法 选择2013年10月～2015年10月在我院康复科住院符合纳入标准的88例脑卒中恢复早、中期患者，随机分为两组，各44例。对照组采用康复科常规护理模式，路径组采取临床护理路径护理。采用多种量表以及调查表对两组患者的心理状况、对健康知识掌握情况、生活自理能力恢复情况、并发症发生情况和对护理工作满意度进行统计对比。结果 两组患者脑卒中发病后6个月的日常生活能力Barthel指数以及运动功能Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但路径组心理状态SDS量表(焦虑量表)、对健康知识掌握程度、护理工作满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 实施临床护理路径能提高护理、健康教育质量，改善患者心理状况以及满意度。
