中医综合疗法治疗心悸的临床效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨中医综合疗法治疗心悸的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年1～12月收治的60例确诊患有心悸的患者，将其随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予口服西药对症治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上应用中医综合疗法(中药内服兼耳穴压豆及艾灸法)治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为93.3%，高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)；治疗组的室性期前收缩次数[(1152.43±1074.71)次/24 h]少于对照组[(1995.43±1265.34)次/24 h](P<0.05)；两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论 中医综合疗法治疗心悸的临床效果较显著，可明显减少室性期前收缩次数，安全性较好。
