上海市浦东新区2012～2015年中西医结合公共卫生服务模式应用的实践与思考(1)
[摘要]从2012年至今，浦东新区基于中西医结合公共卫生服务模式开展中医药预防保健工作3年余，总计服务全区170余万人次，取得了显著成效。本文从组织构架、制定文件、明确职责、人才培养、落实保障、科学研究、成效评估等方面，对浦东新区中西医结合公共卫生服务模式的具体做法做介绍，并应用此模式开展服务项目、培训项目、健康档案等。区域性中西医结合公共卫生服务模式及“非中医类别执业医师中医预防保健服务规范化培训”模式是中医预防保健开展的关键，为经费匹配机制和验证机制提供了重要的保障。
