肾康注射液联合结肠透析机保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭的效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨肾康注射液联合结肠透析机保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法 将我院2012年1月～2015年12月50例糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(26例)。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用肾康注射液联合结肠透析机保留灌肠；对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服尿毒清颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。观察两组治疗前后肾功能的变化。结果 两组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)均较治疗前改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾康注射液联合结肠透析机保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭疗效可靠，且能延缓糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭的进展。
