有效提高手卫生管理制度执行力的策略探讨(1)
[摘要]手卫生是公认的最经济、最有效的控制院内感染的方法。然而我国目前的手卫生执行情况却不尽人意，我国大中型医院的手卫生执行率为40%～60%，手卫生管理制度的执行力亟待提高。因此，本文针对目前手卫生执行中存在的种种问题，从人员、设施、制度、文化等方面进行详细分析，并据此提出相应的应对措施，以期切实有效地提升手卫生管理制度的执行力，达到减少院内感染、降低医疗风险、提高医疗护理质量的目的。
