甲状舌管乳头状癌1例并文献复习(1)
[摘要]通过对1例甲状舌管乳头状癌的临床、病理资料进行观察，复习并总结甲状舌管乳头状癌的临床和病理资料，探讨甲状舌管癌的组织学来源和临床治疗。甲状舌管癌的组织学来源于残存的甲状腺源性组织，临床表现和甲状舌管囊肿相近，确诊必须靠术后病理检查，预后良好。甲状舌管癌的诊断需病理检查明确，首选手术治疗，视具体情况决定是否行颈淋巴结清扫和甲状腺全切除及后续治疗。
