输尿管管路封堵器在钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石中的效果分析(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨输尿管管路封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石中的安全性及有效性。方法 回顾性分析2014年5月～2015年8月我院96例行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的输尿管结石患者的临床资料，其中应用管路封堵器48例(治疗组)，未应用48例(对照组)。比较两组患者的结石清除率、手术时间、住院时间和住院费用。结果 治疗组和对照组患者结石清除率、手术时间比较，差异有统计学意义[93.75% vs 83.33%；(22±5)min vs (40±3)min，P<0.05]。结论 输尿管管路封堵器能显著减少术中结石漂移，提高结石清除率，缩短碎石手术时间，能提高输尿管镜碎石成功率。
