我国全科医生培养的现状、问题及思考(1)
[摘要]全科医生作为卫生保健系统的“守门人”，同时也是基层医疗服务的提供者。尽管我国各地政府、医学院校和相关医疗机构对于全科医生的培养进行了广泛探索，总体情况仍然差强人意。笔者针对我国全科医生人力资源及培养的现状作一分析，探讨存在的问题，同时提出一些思考和建议。
