氯乙酸烟雾吸入损伤中毒鼠肺超微结构改变(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨鼠吸入氯乙酸烟雾损伤中毒及其肺超微结构改变。方法 将60只鼠分为3组分别置入氯乙酸、硫酸与热水的烟雾中观察，6 h后杀死取肺做光镜和电镜检查。结果 仅氯乙酸烟雾吸入组有2只鼠死亡(10%)，并有支气管肺炎样病理改变，同时有肺泡细胞肿胀、基质内空化、肺泡隔增宽及毛细血管栓塞等超微结构改变。结论 氯乙酸烟雾吸入损伤可发生吸收中毒并能致死，故氯乙酸应封闭生产，搬运中应杜绝“跑、冒、滴、漏”，现场应佩戴防护面罩，避免其烟雾吸入。
