中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 选择2013年9月～2015年9月我院诊治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者50例，按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)，给予对照组患者常规西医疗法治疗、治疗组患者中西医结合治疗。观察所有患者治疗前后患膝的VAS评分和患侧的下肢功能评分及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者的VAS评分低于对照组患者，下肢功能评分高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后的有效率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(76.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中未发现两组患者出现任何不良反应，且治疗耐受力较好。结论 中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果显著，能减轻临床症状，改善关节功能，提高患者生活质量。
