深圳肺炎患者不同类型样品中嗜肺军团菌检测及感染调查(1)

     [摘要]目的 调查深圳市综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌感染水平及肺炎患者不同样品嗜肺军团菌感染检出率。方法 于2013年4～6月采集深圳市3家大型综合医院81例肺炎住院患者的痰、尿和血清，采用巢氏PCR法检测痰中嗜肺军团菌，酶联免疫吸附法检测尿中嗜肺军团菌抗原和血清嗜肺军团菌抗体。结果 痰嗜肺军团菌、尿嗜肺军团菌抗原和血清嗜肺军团菌抗体阳性率分别为5.9%(3/51)、12.1%(8/66)和22.8%(18/79)，深圳市综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌感染率为32.1%(26/81)。结论 深圳综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌感染率较高，肺炎患者不同样品嗜肺军团菌感染检出率不同。
