麻醉护士培训的相关问题探讨(1)
[摘要]麻醉护士是19世纪伴随现代麻醉学的出现而产生的。在发达国家，麻醉护士已成为临床麻醉的重要参与者，其培训与认证系统都已建立并规范运行。在我国现阶段，麻醉护士承担着重要的临床工作，但其培训和管理尚无统一的标准和规范，这在一定程度上制约了麻醉护士的发展。通过对我科麻醉护士培养方式的总结和探索，初步证明这些方法对提高麻醉护士的专业能力是行之有效的。希望这些探索能够为寻找适合中国国情的麻醉护士发展之路作出贡献。
