综合护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨综合护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择2014年2月～2015年10月我院诊治的行乳腺癌根治术患者60例进行研究，按照随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理。术后进行综合护理，护理6个月后，采用日常生活评定表对护理后两组患者生活质量进行评价，同时比较两组患者对护理的满意度。结果 护理结束后，观察组各项生活质量均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者总满意度为96.67%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预能极大地提高乳腺癌根治术患者的生活质量，帮助患者恢复正常生活能力，对乳腺癌患者具有积极的意义。
