髋关节置换治疗严重粉碎移位股骨粗隆间骨折的效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 分析髋关节置换术在严重粉碎移位股骨粗隆间骨折临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 择取2014年5月～2016年6月本院收治的82例严重粉碎移位股骨粗隆间骨折患者，按照平行对照法，将患者划分为治疗组与参照组，每组各41例。对参照组患者行内固定术治疗，对治疗组患者行髋关节置换术治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗组患者的术后关节活动恢复正常时间、骨折愈合时间以及Harris评分均优于参照组，差异有统计学意义[(7.23±1.74) d vs (13.82±2.39) d，(92.56±9.35) d vs (103.78±10.56) d，(95.45±7.23)分 vs (81.56±14.75)分，P<0.01]。结论 对严重粉碎移位股骨粗隆间骨折患者行髋关节置换术，其临床效果较内固定手术更加显著，能够有效提升患者骨折的愈合效果，加快康复进程，值得临床广泛应用。
