中药川贝母中脂肪酸成分的GC—MS分析(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨中药材川贝母中脂肪酸成分。方法 采用石油醚索氏抽提法提取中药材川贝母中的脂肪油，经三氟化硼乙醚甲醇溶液甲酯化处理，用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定脂肪酸的组成。结果 试验共分出7个峰，确定了川贝母所含有的5种脂肪酸成分主要为豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸、丁酸、硬酯酸。结论 川贝母药材中含有多种重要脂肪酸成分，为川贝母脂肪酸成分的使用提供理论依据。
