肠内免疫营养与全素营养疗法在胃肠道肿瘤患者术后护理中的应用效果对比(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨并比较肠内免疫营养与全素营养疗法在胃肠道肿瘤患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法 将2013年2月～2015年1月我院收治的64例胃肠肿瘤患者随机分为术后给予肠内免疫营养护理的观察组32例，全素营养疗法的对照组32例。观察并记录两组患者不同时期的身体状况、血清蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量。结果 干预后，观察组身体状况指标、Alb、Hb、免疫球蛋白等生理指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胃肠肿瘤患者术后进行肠内免疫营养治疗，可以良地好改善患者的机体免疫和营养状况，保障其术后愈合和生活质量。
