腹腔镜保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨腹腔镜保守治疗异位妊娠患者的临床效果。方法 抽选2015年1月～2016年2月在我院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者94例，结合患者入院时间将其分为两组。对照组47例患者给予开腹保守手术治疗，观察组47例患者给予腹腔镜保守手术治疗，术后两组患者均给予输卵管造影检查，比较对比患者输卵管通畅率。结果 观察组的输卵管畅通率(83.0%)高于对照组(57.4%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术期间输血量明显少于对照组，手术持续时间、住院时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后均未出现严重并发症。结论 腹腔镜保守手术治疗异位妊娠患者效果显著，各项手术指标均优于开腹保守手术，患者输卵管畅通率可大幅度提高，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of the application of laparoscopic conservative therapy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of application of laparoscopic conservative therapy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Ninety-four cases of ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time.47 cases of the control group were treated with open surgery；while 47 cases of the observation group were treated by laparoscopic conservative surgeries.Both two groups were treated with fallopian tube radiography examinations after the surgery，and the patency rate of fallopian tube was compared between two groups.Results The patency rate of fallopian tube in the observation group (83.0%) was higher than that in the control group (57.4%)，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The volume of intra-operative blood transfusion of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group，the duration of surgery and length of stay of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)；no serious complications occurred in two groups of patient.Conclusion Laparoscopic conservative surgery for patients with ectopic pregnancy is significantly effective，those surgical indicators are more excellent compared with open conservative surgery，and increases the patency rate of fallopian tube significantly，it is worthy of clinical promotion.

異位妊娠是当前临床较为常见的一种妇科急腹症，由于受精卵着床于子宫腔以外的位置并由此发育，最终引发患者输卵管破裂、流产等一系列严重症状，对患者的生命安全造成严重威胁[1]。临床统计显示[2]，约有95%的异位妊娠患者为输卵管妊娠，以往传统手术中盲目切割输卵管的做法，将导致患者彻底丧失生育功能，因此多数患者要求实施保守手术以提升后期妊娠率。腹腔镜保守手术治疗是当前临床针对异位妊娠患者较为常用的一种手术类型，可保留患者正常输卵管结构、功能，为患者保留生育能力提供了新的希望[3]。本次研究将以此为据，探讨异位妊娠患者接受腹腔镜保守治疗术的临床效果，统计患者术后输卵管通畅情况，现报道如下。 (张艺峰)
