四联疗法联合康复新液在消化性溃疡患者中的应用及对Hp根除率的影响(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨四联疗法联合康复新液在消化性溃疡患者中的应用及对Hp根除率的影响。方法 选取我院2014年1月～2015年12月收治的84例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组及研究组，各42例。对照组使用四联疗法治疗，研究组使用四联疗法联合康复新液治疗，比较两组的治疗效果以及Hp根除率。结果 研究组的总有效率为95.2%，显著高于对照组的73.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的Hp根除率为92.9%，显著高于对照组的69.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的复发率为15.4%，显著低于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四联疗法联合康复新液治疗消化性溃疡患者效果显著，能够提高Hp根除率，具有重要应用价值。
