泛影葡胺加西甲硅油在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨泛影葡胺加西甲硅油在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用。方法 回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2015年12月的45例术后早期炎性肠梗阻病例，将患者随机分为对照组(n=20)和治疗组(n=25)。对照组常规给予石蜡油治疗，治疗组给予泛影葡胺加西甲硅油治疗，比较两组的手术率、并发症发生率、术后首次排氣/排便时间、胃肠减压时间及住院时间。结果 两组保守治疗期间无明显并发症，均痊愈出院，无一例需手术治疗。治疗组的首次排气/排便时间、胃肠减压时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 泛影葡胺加西甲硅油治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻可加快肠道功能的恢复，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。
