CBL结合CP教学法在妇产科临床见习中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 比较CBL结合CP教学法与多媒体教学在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年5~9月在我科见习的182名五年制本科生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(92例)和对照组(90例)。实验组采用CBL结合CP教學法,对照组采用多媒体教学法,教学结束后采用考试和问卷调查的方式进行评价。结果 实验组的病例分析成绩、临床操作成绩及总成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在提高学习兴趣、医患沟通、团队合作、解决问题、临床思维能力、临床实践等方面的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CBL结合CP教学法可提高教学效果。
