单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法 选取2016年4～11月我院内科就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者100例，将其随机分成治疗组与对照组，各50例，两组常规治疗相同均使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、醛固酮拮抗剂、利尿剂，必要时使用地高辛。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸。1个月为1个疗程，至少服用1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后的心功能改善情况。结果 治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(总有效率：96.00% vs. 72.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭有较好的效果，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广。
