盐酸美金刚联合尼莫地平治疗老年血管性痴呆的效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨盐酸美金刚联合尼莫地平治疗老年血管性痴呆的效果。方法 选择2012年1月～2015年2月我院收治的94例老年血管性痴呆患者，随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。给予对照组患者口服尼莫地平；观察组在对照组基础上加服盐酸美金刚片治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗12周时的简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评分和日常生活能力量表(ADLS)评分以及不良事件发生情况。结果 治疗12周时，两组患者的MMSE评分和ADLS评分均显著升高(P<0.05)，CDR评分显著降低(P<0.05)；观察组治疗12周时的MMSE评分和ADLS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，CDR评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸美金刚联合尼莫地平能够有效改善患者认知功能和日常生活能力，安全性较高。
