单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗脑血管病患者认知功能障碍效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨脑血管认知功能障碍患者治疗中单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂的临床疗效及应用价值。方法 选取2013年1月～2016年1月在我院接受治疗的脑血管认知功能障碍患者86例，按照随机数字表法平均分为两组，43例患者采用常规治疗(对照组)，43例在对照组基础上给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗(观察组)，比较两组患者临床疗效及认知功能改善情况。结果 对照组患者临床总有效率为58.13%，观察组患者临床总有效率为86.04%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组MMSE总评分为(18.68±4.51)分，观察组MMSE评分为(29.04±4.75)分，观察组MMSE评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗脑血管认知功能障碍疗效更好，并且能够改善患者认知功能和脑神经功能。
