酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗抗生素相关性新生儿腹泻的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗抗生素相关性新生儿腹泻的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年6月我院收治的抗生素相关性腹泻新生儿100例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例，对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗，对比两组患儿的临床疗效、主要症状改善时间及治疗相关不良反应。结果 观察组患儿显效33例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率为96.0%，对照组患儿显效21例，有效16例，无效13例，总有效率为74.0%，观察组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.414，P<0.05)；观察组患儿大便恢复正常时间、呕吐消失时间、发热消失时间分别为(3.2±1.0)、(2.1±0.4)、(2.2±0.6)d，与对照组的(5.2±1.5)、(4.6±1.1)、(4.5±1.0)d比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患儿治疗期间均未发生药物相关的不良反应。结论 酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗抗生素相关性新生儿腹泻的效果确切，能够迅速改善患儿的主要临床症状，安全性较好，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Clostridum Butyricum Capsule in treating newborns antibiotic associated diarrhea.Methods 100 newborns with antibiotic associated diarrhea in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study objects and were divided into observation group and control group by using number table，50 cases in each group.The control group was used Montmorillonite Powder，the observation group was used Clostridum Butyricum Capsule on the basis of control group.Clinical effect，main symptom improvement time and treatment related adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results In the observation group，33 cases were markedly effective，effective in 15 cases，ineffective in 2 cases，the total effective rate was 96.0%，which were respectively 21，16，13 and 74.0% in control group，the observation group was obvious better than control group and the difference was significant (χ2=6.414，P<0.05)；stool recovery time，vomiting disappearance time and fever disappearance time in observation group were respectively(3.2±1.0)，(2.1±0.4) and(2.2±0.6)d，which were respectively(5.2±1.5)，(4.6±1.1) and(4.5±1.0)d in control group，and the difference was significant(P<0.05).No drug related adverse reactions occurred in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Clostridum Butyricum Capsule has exactly effect in treating newborns antibiotic associated diarrhea，which can quickly improve the main clinical symptoms of children， with good safety and is worthy to promotion and application in clinical.

抗生素相關性腹泻指的是由于使用抗生素而引起的继发性腹泻，是抗生素导致的常见不良反应[1]。对于新生儿而言，由于机体各项功能尚未发育完善，肠道内菌群定植的稳固性较弱，消化道相对承担着更重的负担，一旦受到外因刺激易发生消化功能紊乱，发生腹痛、腹泻等症状，因此新生儿是抗生素相关性腹泻的高发群体[2-3]。近年来的研究发现[4-5]，肠道菌群失调是导致新生儿腹泻的重要因素，因此在对症治疗的基础上应用肠道微生物制剂可迅速改善症状，提高治疗效果。酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊属于微生物制剂的一种，能够有效的调节肠道内环境，在改善腹泻等消化道症状上有较好的应用成效。本文就酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗抗生素相关性新生儿腹泻的临床疗效进行研究分析，现报道如下。 (龙铮 杜晟 李节芳)
