某院2016年1～6月203例人血白蛋白使用情况分析(1)

     [摘要]目的 调查某院203例人血白蛋白的使用情况，并进行分析评价，为临床合理使用提供参考。方法 采用回顾性调查方法，收集某院2016年1～6月203例使用人血白蛋白患者的相关数据，参照药品说明书以及有关指南进行分析。结果 203例患者共使用19 960 g白蛋白，人均用药量为98.32 g，用药时间1～27 d。且用药理由以低白蛋白血症(41.38%)为主，有存在部分无适应证用药和禁忌用药。结论 该院人血白蛋白的使用还存在不合理之处，应严格把握适应证，遵循说明书及相关指南，加强血液制品的规范化使用。
