非哺乳期乳腺炎与乳腺癌的超声特点对比(1)

     [摘要]目的 对比分析非哺乳期乳腺炎与乳腺癌患者的超声特征。方法 选取2014年6月～2015年9月我院收治的非哺乳期乳腺炎患者37例为A组，另选同期收治的乳腺癌患者34例为B组，两组患者均经病理检验证实，术前均接受彩色多普勒超声检查，观察两组患者肿块声像图表现。结果 A组患者术前超声诊断显示15例为2级，14例为3级，8例误诊为4级；B组患者术前超声诊断显示8例为3级，26例为4级。两组患者肿块血供、边界清晰度、后方衰减、左右分布比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者肿块微小钙化、血流阻力指数、纵横比、腋窝淋巴结肿大、局部液化比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 乳腺癌与非哺乳期乳腺炎声像图表现部分相似，但其肿块微小钙化、血流阻力指数、纵横比、腋窝淋巴结、局部液化情况各有特点，可为疾病的鉴别、诊断提供重要参考。
