针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的实际效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的实际效果。方法 选取2013年7月～2016年7月在我院接受治疗的肺炎患儿100例作为研究对象，采用单双号随机分组的方式将其分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予针对性护理，对比两组患儿的体温转为正常耗时、住院时间、家属心理状况(SAS、SDS)及护理满意度的情况。结果 观察组体温转为正常耗时、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；且观察组家属SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组家属护理总满意度为96.00%，明显优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论 针对性护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果显著，可缩短患儿的降温耗时和住院时间，值得推广。
