腹部超声与阴道超声在异位妊娠早期诊断中的应用价值(1)

     [摘要]目的 比较腹部超声诊断、阴道超声诊断在异位妊娠早期诊断中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年2月～2016年2月于本院检查的106例异位妊娠孕妇，按照检查先后顺序分为研究组与对照组，各53例。对照组接受腹部超声诊断，研究组接受阴道超声诊断，比较两组的诊断准确率。结果 研究组的诊断准确率为92.45%，显著高于对照组的69.81%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对异位妊娠孕妇，阴道超声诊断的早期诊断效果较为显著，应用价值显著，值得临床推广与应用。
